On November 19th 2021, 4 YG members and 3 exchange students met at the front gate of Yonsei University at 5pm. To break the ice, we introduced ourselves and then we moved to the archery café in Sinchon called Robinhood. It took us about 10 minutes to get there.
After arriving at Robinhood, we took a short archery learning course. The archery teacher taught us the correct shooting posture, also methods and techniques of archery one by one very patiently. Most importantly, he taught us how to protect ourselves from being hurt.
After the archery learning course, we started shooting by ourselves. We had a small archery competition between YG members and exchange students for fun. We had 2 rounds for the game. YG group and exchange student group won each round. During the break time, we each had a drink, and enjoyed our conversation together. We spent about 2 hours in the archery café.
After the game, we went to a Korean restaurant called Gosami and had dinner together. We had some Korean traditional food: kimchi soup, grill, and fried squid for dinner. While having meal, we had a great time talking to each other. We also exchanged our Instagram. It was amazing that we got to know each other in such a short time, and it was a meaningful time for us to share our thoughts about diverse cultures.
On Monday May 22nd, 2023, TS2 went to 명륜진사갈비, a BBQ restaurant in Sinchon. 2 international students from Norway and 5 Korean members ate charcoal-grilled ribs for 2 hours.
