On November 8th 2021, 4 YG
members and 4 exchange students gathered at Sinchon station. We took the green
line and changed to the orange line to get to Goyang starfield. While riding
the subway, we introduced ourselves to the exchange students and broke some
ice. It took about 45 minutes to go to Goyang, but time flew as we made some
small talks.
After arriving at Samsong station, we took
a walk to Goyang starfield. We received our tickets and entered Sports Monster.
There were few people in the facility, so were able to enjoy different kinds of
sports with limited time.
First of all, we tried Parabolic Slide. It
is a vertical slide where you hang on the handle of the crane which will bring
you to the certain height, and let go of it to enjoy the fall. Some of us
seemed to be scared of the height of the slide, but eventually all of us chose
the highest level, and we were all satisfied with our decision.
We then moved to the basketball court to
play basketball. We had eight people, so we played four on four. We split our
teams and played the game. It was surprising that all exchange students were
really good at playing basketball. It was so exciting and fun that we played
one more game, after splitting the members again. We sweated a lot, but it was
worth it.
Last but not least, we moved to the
trampoline as a climax. It was so glad that there were only eight of us in the
trampoline. Although we were sweating a lot, we jumped vibrantly as if we had returned
to our young ages. There were so many activities we wanted to try with exchange
students, but unfortunately, we were running out of time after we finished our
trampoline. So, we took our belongings and returned to Sinchon. During our way
back to school, we exchanged our Instagram and took additional selfies. Although
it was a relatively short time, we were able to find out how close we had
become.
